From the image, I thought "macular" had something to do with a behavioral disorder causing one to bash one's head. But actually it's a visual term. See this to see what this image would look like without the impairment. It is surprising.
I'd thought the "imp reduction" referred to the imp-ending brain trauma caused by the balls. But in fact the macular disorder rejuiced the #imps from 2 to 1.
